00:00:25.210 --> 00:00:27.070
scalable engineering in Tunisia.

9
00:00:27.610 --> 00:00:31.369
Onshore, Nearshore, Smartshore.

10
00:00:32.050 --> 00:00:32.630
How?

12
00:00:36.990 --> 00:00:39.730
-speaking senior team leaders and transparent reporting.

13
00:00:40.210 --> 00:00:43.370
At least one German-speaking team member from Tunisia joins

14
00:00:43.370 --> 00:00:46.670
every meeting, so it feels like one team from day

15
00:00:46.670 --> 00:00:48.490
one for a seamless integration.

16
00:00:49.010 --> 00:00:53.690
All delivery is GDPR compliant and aligned to ISO 27001

17
00:00:53.690 --> 00:00:54.530
best practices.

18
00:00:55.270 --> 00:00:56.090
And why Tunisia?

19
00:00:56.550 --> 00:01:01.010
A deep STEM pipeline with 65,000 plus graduates a

20
00:01:01.010 --> 00:01:03.709
year and one of the world's highest shares of women

21
00:01:03.709 --> 00:01:04.269
in STEM.

22
00:01:04.890 --> 00:01:09.970
A multilingual talent pool, including German for Iterise employees, with

23
00:01:09.970 --> 00:01:12.190
a near zero time difference with Europe.

24
00:01:12.630 --> 00:01:16.330
Plus, our Tunis office is connected to the AHK network.

25
00:01:16.710 --> 00:01:20.970
That's clear signals of compliance, cultural alignment, and credibility.

26
00:01:21.670 --> 00:01:25.370
SmartShoring is outsourcing that keeps quality and cuts cost.

27
00:01:25.730 --> 00:01:29.070
For example, projects delivered by a six-engineer onshore team

28
00:01:29.070 --> 00:01:32.690
cost 86,000 euros per month on average, while projects

29
00:01:32.690 --> 00:01:36.770
delivered by one onshore lead plus five nearshore engineers cost

30
00:01:36.770 --> 00:01:38.870
almost 33,000 euros per month.

31
00:01:38.970 --> 00:01:42.430
That's about 60% savings with the same output.

32
00:01:42.970 --> 00:01:45.770
And one more thing, SmartShoring is sustainable.

33
00:01:46.370 --> 00:01:50.570
Skills move, but people enjoy opportunities at home while benefiting

34
00:01:50.570 --> 00:01:52.290
from the same work culture.

35
00:01:52.930 --> 00:01:53.430
Iterise.

36
00:01:53.910 --> 00:01:56.370
Onshore agility meets nearshore efficiency.

37
00:01:57.070 --> 00:01:59.310
Now, let's get it done together.
